You would do more for your alliance and regional safety by removing all capitol ships from Bobby Atlas. He's more a menace to your allies with them then we are. Just ask Lundrin (self destructing lamer) how much that bump from Bobby helped in 9IZ last night  ...

and i take it from comments like that you are some uber l33t pvper? afterall irc are known for being a pvp powerhouse... just look at their stats. what is it? just over 40% effecience in the drone regions? hard to say since well over a thousand lossmails are missing from ur kb...
Nope, I am by no means here touting my own skills. However I am impressed by the number of self destructing cap ships lately. Is this a new alliance policy, or your pilots just sour pusses?. Although I suppose self destructing to rob IRC from the killmail might have been appropriate, if you consider the 2k bump off the station Bobby Atlas gave Lundrin was really the reason Lundrin was attacked at all. We wanted Bobby, ohhh so badly but Lundrin was too good to ignore. Maybe next time, make Bobby go first?

Just to clarify, I don't speak for all of IRC, and nor am I a diplomat of any kind. I simply posted out of my own curiosity, and entertainment purposes. So don't over generalize, and try to lump in all of IRC into my statements. I'm not part of every single IRC PvP engagement, and neither are you so lets agree you are ASSUMING a whole lot by your statements. We all know the saying about assuming things...
I personally as a gamer find it dishonorable to self destruct when you've clearly been beaten. It's the same as disconnecting in a FPS game when losing, and other acts of being a sore loser that people do in online games. I've always, and will continue to ridicule and belittle players who conduct themselves like this in a game. If you can't take your lumps with pride and dignity, how can you possibly be enjoying yourself?

I'm fairly certain the corp I am in was not a member of IRC during this, so I can't comment on it. I can say that since joining IRC I have been very impressed with the players there. They're fun, know how to play this game, and have both won and lost battles with grace while maintaining the goal of having fun the whole time. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, and I kinda like it that way. They point, I shoot and it's entertainment for all.
